SI-UltraTac 200™ Acrylic Wet-Set Adhesive

SI-UltraTac 200 is a specially formulated high solids water based acrylic adhesive that is moisture resistant up to 8 lbs per 1000 square feet per 24 hours. It's easy to use. Simply trowel the adhesive using the appropriate notch for the materials being installed and allow for recommended flash off times. There is no certification process or major delays as with other systems.

SI-UltraTac 200™ adhesive has been used in conjunction with ph Blocker/Primer 100 to successfully install millions of square feet of various flooring materials where completion of the project was being delayed due to vapor emission issues. Sealflex Industries, Inc. now offers the SI-UltraTac 200™ adhesive without the need for application of the pH Blocker/Primer 100. This is now the most economical solution (up to 8 lbs) currently on the market with a warranty.

NOTE: Some of these manufacturers as well as manufacturers not listed may produce materials, which are dimensionally unstable, exhibit some degree of dimensional dynamics by characteristic or exposure to vapor transmission, are extremely sensitive to telegraphing or employ an ineffective scrim. Therefore it is recommended that the manufacturer be contacted to inquire about the characteristics of the flooring material being considered, as the warranty attached to this system does not cover such issues.

The adhesive manufacturing industry has established 11 quality control standards for manufacturers. SI-UltraTac 200™ rates as superior in all 11 standards and adds 2 new standards, which no other company is currently providing.

1. **** AGING – SI-UltraTac 200™ maintains ultimate performance regardless of age.

2. **** BRIDGING – SI-UltraTac 200™ has tested superior for gaps and dips between two substrates.

3. **** ADHESION – SI-UltraTac 200™ has equal to or more strength of bond than competitive adhesives.

4. **** WETTING – SI-UltraTac 200™ maximizes the points of contact between adhesive and substrate.

5. **** COHESION – SI-UltraTac 200™' s internal strength to bond to itself is excellent.

6. **** OPEN TIME – SI-UltraTac 200™ is a wet set. Open time is 15 – 30 minutes.

7. **** CONTROLLED ABSORPTION – SI-UltraTac 200™ surface attachment is a key element contributing to success.

8. **** CONSISTENCY/VISCOSITY – SI-UltraTac 200™ exhibits excellent ability to spread and ease of application.

9. **** MILDEW RESISTANCE – SI-UltraTac 200™ is mildew resistant, preventing bacteria and contamination.
