SEALFLEX LIMITED WARRANTY
SI-UltraTac 200 and 255
Adhesive Warranty

Sealflex Industries, Inc. warrants SI-UltraTac 200 and 255 adhesive to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years when properly installed, and not to delaminate due to moisture vapor emissions up to 8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours when tested with a prepackaged calcium chloride kit performed in accordance with ASTM F 1869, and recommendations of Sealflex Industries, Inc.
Further, Sealflex Industries, Inc. warrants the SI-UltraTac 255 adhesive, without application of the pH Blocker/Primer 100 to the substrate, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years when properly installed, and not to delaminate due to moisture vapor emissions up to 5.5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. when tested with a prepackaged calcium chloride kit properly performed in accordance with ASTM F 1869, and recommendations of Sealflex Industries, Inc. Sealflex Industries, Inc. warrants the SI-UltraTac 200 up to 8 lbs per 1,000 square feet for the same five (5) year period. SI-UltraTac 200 and 255 does NOT require the usage of the pH Blocker/Primer 100 and is warranted against alkaline degradation from the substrate.
All remedies shall extend to the replacement of floor covering materials, labor, and adhesives in affected areas only as determined by Sealflex Industries, Inc.
Sealflex Industries, Inc. will not be responsible for structural failure, seismic action, vapor emissions above warranty limits as described herein; delamination due to the dimensional dynamics of the flooring material, telegraphing of trowel marks through the flooring material, discoloration due to moisture, topical alkaline penetration, caustic solutions entering the system topically through the seams, seam failure or voids, tears, rips, water leakage, curing compounds, mold release agents, leveling or patching compounds of any kind, improper preparation or installation or maintenance procedures, and any other condition beyond the control of Sealflex Industries, Inc. Written notice of any claimed defect must be received in writing within the five (5) year warranty period from date of installation. Sealflex Industries, Inc. will not be responsible for any warranty claims wherein Sealflex Industries, Inc. materials have been removed or replaced without prior notification of Sealflex Industries, Inc.
Sealflex Industries, Inc. makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and is at the sole discretion of the end user. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Sealflex Membrane System Warranty

The SEALFLEX MEMBRANE SYSTEM is warranted by Sealflex Industries, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship when applied in strict accordance with installation and testing procedures by a Trained Certified Sealflex Installer. The SEALFLEX MEMBRANE SYSTEM is warranted not to delaminate from concrete when exposed to vapor emission rates up to 11.5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours when tested with a prepackaged calcium chloride kit performed in accordance with ASTM F 1869-03. The warranty is for 10 (ten) years from the date of issue, and is limited only to the replacement of SEALFLEX MEMBRANE SYSTEM materials, floor covering materials, labor, and adhesives. The warranty covers affected areas only as determined by Sealflex Industries, Inc.
Sealflex Industries Inc. will not be responsible for structural failure, seismic action, vapor emissions above 11.5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours when tested in accordance with ASTM F 1869-03, dimensional stability of the flooring, discoloration of the flooring material, water leakage from any source, introduction from any source of caustic solutions or water, seam failure, tears, rips, curing compounds, mold release agents, failure of leveling or patching compounds in any way, improper installation or maintenance procedures, adhesive failure, and any other condition beyond the control of Sealflex Industries, Inc. No claim will be accepted for failure of materials not supplied by Sealflex Industries Inc. Written notice of any claimed defect must be received within the ten (10) year warranty period along with all support data i.e. vapor emission test results, environmental conditions at time of testing, number of tests, sub floor prep data, specific installation procedures employed, flooring material manufacturer, type of flooring material and adhesive used.
